Your role will be key in providing a safe, efficient, and consistent food service environment for all camp workers.

YOUR ROLE As a Cook helper, your role is to support meal preparation and service while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and the proper operation of the kitchen. Prepare, issue, and follow up on project-based billing. Assist with food preparation (mise en place, easy side dishes,



support with cooking).

Prepare and organize workstations and support meal service. Maintain proper food presentation and safe temperatures before and during service. Perform full cleaning of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.

Strictly apply hygiene and food safety standards (MAPAQ or equivalent) and work closely with the kitchen team, including full cleanup at the end of each rotation.
