Standard Hours Bi-Weekly: 75

Start Date: August 10, 2026

End Date: October 2, 2026 with possible extension

Salary: Level 7 Step 1 ($3,410.25 bi-weekly)

Closing Date: Until Filled The Corporate Travel Officer administers travel on behalf of the TH Government, managing travel advances and claims, coordinating flight and hotel bookings, administering invoices and receipts, and reconciling related subledgers and GL accounts. The incumbent ensures Sage-related entries, reconciliations, and reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with TH legislation, policies, and GAAP.

An Eligibility List may be established from this competition – the duration of the eligibility list may be up to 12 months. The eligibility list may be used to fill future permanent full-time, permanent part-time, temporary full time, temporary part-time, term, or auxiliary on-call vacancies within the same department and classification based on the organizational needs by going the next highest ranked candidate until the eligibility list expires.

Essential Qualifications

- Completion of Grade 12 (or equivalent) and a diploma or certification in finance, accounting or business management, along with two years of relevant work experience (experience with Sage is an asset).

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

- Experience with interpreting/applying policies and procedures is an asset.

- Knowledge or experience with GAAP, travel administration and procurement processes is an asset.

- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.

- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion and confidentiality.

- Ability to meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision.

Conditions of Employment:

- Class 5 Driver's License with a clear driver’s abstract.

- TH 101 Cultural Awareness training.
