Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
- Operate and maintain equipment such as excavators, hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems to ensure efficient project progress
- Support construction activities by preparing sites, digging trenches, installing irrigation lines, and assembling landscape features
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure safety standards are met and maintenance is up-to-date
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
- Help with gardening tasks like soil preparation, planting new flora, mulching,



and weed control to promote healthy growth
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of debris responsibly

Requirements

- Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, horticulture or construction is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines diligently and maintain a clean work workplace
- Knowledge of irrigation systems or experience operating excavators is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $17.60-$17.61 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 35.0 per week
