Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Crusher Operator to join our team in maintaining and enhancing our landscape and horticultural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various piece of equipment, working in a safe and effcient manner.

Responsibilities

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems efficiently and safely to carry out tasks

- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards

- Support overall site cleanliness and organization by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

Qualifications





- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Basic maintenance skills or experience with equipment repair is advantageous

- Prior experience working on crushing equipment desireable but not a must.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
