Responsibilities

- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Utilize strong communication skills to deliver clear, professional, and friendly assistance in both English and Spanish.
- Perform accurate data entry to log customer interactions, update account information, and process transactions efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services that meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a positive tone and active listening during all interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to suggest improvements for service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.




- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex inquiries or complaints.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Robust analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services tactfully without pressuring the customer.
