Overview

CSR is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience while efficiently managing calls, bookings, and dispatch coordination using ServiceTitan. This role requires advanced proficiency in ServiceTitan’s call-center, booking, and dispatch tools to maximize booking rates, minimize missed calls, and keep the schedule optimized.

Responsibilities

- High Service Titan proficiency Engage with customers via phone, email to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide product or service information with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Perform accurate data entry to record customer interactions, update account information, and document resolutions efficiently

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a friendly tone, active listening, and patience during interactions





- Analyze customer feedback and interaction patterns to suggest process improvements that enhance overall service quality

Qualifications

- Proven experience Service Titan in customer service roles or related fields with strong communication skills

- Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities

- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to promote products or services confidently

- Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor and active listening skills

- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse audiences

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
