Responsibilities

- Carefully review and interpret prescription details and technical specifications to understand the specific requirements for each orthotic piece
- Use specialized grinding, shaping, and finishing tools to craft precise, durable, and comfortable custom foot orthotics
- Ensure all orthotics are finished according to strict quality standards, paying close attention to detail and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during the fabrication process
- Collaborate with the lab team and clinicians to verify fit, function, and overall quality of finished products before delivery




- Document production steps accurately in compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new materials, and technological advancements related to orthotic fabrication

Experience

- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment, preferably within healthcare or orthotics is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to foot health and orthotic prescriptions is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with grinding and finishing tools used in orthotic fabrication
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols relevant to working with grinding equipment and other fabrication tools
