We are seeking a motivated skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our manufacturing team we are a growing company with large growth potential for the right candidate . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and craftsmanship are valued.

The Fabricator will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing metal components and structures using various tools and techniques. We are seeking an Experienced fabricator it this time this role is not for apprentices. A minimum of 5-7 years in a similar environment is must ,Sheet metal fabrication experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Take work orders from beginning to end this includes: site measurements, customer liaison, and communicating with leadership to coordinate logistics related to the successful completion of the job.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
- Operate welding equipment including MIG and TIG welders to join metal parts with precision.
- Use plasma cutting, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Perform rigging tasks to lift and position heavy components safely using cranes or forklifts.
- Measure materials accurately using calipers and other measuring devices to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Conduct mechanical tasks such as forming , assembly, and stainless steel fabrication for construction or manufacturing projects.




- Maintain a clean and safe work setting by adhering to safety protocols related to welding, grinding, and material handling and machinery use.
- Assist in troubleshooting fabrication issues and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.

Skills

- Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, Metal finishing, and welding techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery operation including press brake machines, cranes, forklifts, and hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with rigging, assembly, stainless steel and aluminum fabrication, and construction projects.
- strong sheet metal layout and forming a major asset
- Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Knowledge of schematics interpretation for complex manufacturing or construction projects.

Pay: $30.00-$46.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
