We are looking for a

PMP-certified Telecom Program Manager with

3+ years of experience managing telecom delivery/care programs

.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues

.

- Coordinate telecom lab, FOA, customer, and production site activities

.

- Lead and coordinate

Project Managers, OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams

.

- Manage customer communication, reporting, escalations, and delivery commitments.

- Track action items and ensure timely resolution of dependencies/issues.

- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong customer satisfaction

.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of

Telecom Program/Project Management experience.

- PMP certification required

.

- Solid experience working with

Telco customers and multi-vendor environments

.

- Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills.

- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and complex dependencies

.

- Ability to work with cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams
