Job Summary

We're hiring our first-ever Sales Rep for a $20–30/hour base, plus uncapped commission of $10–25 per sale. You'll be the voice on the phone (and sometimes the face at the front desk and at events) for our active members, customers, and leads - helping them find the right membership or product, whether that's signing up, upgrading, trying the sport for the first time, or even walking through a cancellation. We're not looking for hard-sell tactics; we're looking for someone who can make relationships and genuinely wants to grow our climbing community.

This is a great fit for someone with sales experience who wants to combine relationship-building, some light data/CRM work, and a passion for getting people into the gym.

Duties

- Engage with prospective and current members through phone outreach, front desk conversations, and Rock Jungle events
- Identify new business opportunities and underserved demographics through data analysis
- Run sales clinics for the front desk team to sharpen their conversational and upsell skills

What We're Looking For

- Experience in phone, online,



or in-person sales (sports/recreation industry a plus)
- Strong, warm communication skills; comfortable both connecting genuinely and guiding a conversation toward a decision
- Some business development or lead-generation experience
- Basic familiarity with marketing concepts that support sales growth
- Comfort with data to spot trends in customer needs and sales metrics
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with the rock climbing industry

Bonus Points

- Fluency in Tagalog or Punjabi
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
