CUSTOMER SERVICE / DELI ASSOCIATE

REQUIREMENTS

- Thorough experience in customer service
- Can handle cash and POS system
- Able to manage their time and prioritize
- Able to adapt to changes
- Ready and willing to learn
- Creative and quick on their feet
- Can work in a high pace environment
- Fluently Bilingual in both English and French

DUTIES

- Serving Clients
- Keeping Service counter and refrigerators full
- Keeping the front store clean
- Support the prepared food and meat department in labeling and packaging products

- Taking phone orders
- Helping to prepare ready made foods




- Upselling and being very knowledgeable with everything we produce and offer
- Keep the store front fully stocked, clean and organized
- Packaging ready to eat foods as well as sausages
- Preparing meat and cheese trays
- Using a meat slicing machine

- Cleaning duties
- Third key holder for locking up the store

HOURS: Full Time (30 to 40hours), Hours will vary and include rotating Saturday shifts. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. RATE OF PAY: $19 to $22 per hour to be determined based on experience, knowledge and education.
