The Customer Service Associate/Apparel Specialist candidate will be supported by our close-knit team and work directly with our president. Our team's goal is to only further your skills for your career, however, it is a two-way street, and you will need to bring motivation, drive, and an entrepreneurial attitude to the team. Here are some of the qualities we're looking for in a candidate:

- Professional oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills to deal effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with robust decision-making skills and ability to think through the client/customer journey.
- Ability to multitask and organize a daily workload by priorities in a quick moving environment
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Slack and Calendly

here are some of the things you would be doing:
1. Outward/External client facing duties

- Includes answering emails, servicing client inquiries, scheduling and attending phone & video call client meetings/interactions using Google Calendar and Calendly
- Anticipates and initiates appropriate response to incoming client issues and recommends course of actions and solutions.
- Order entry & processing, inclusive of warehouse
- Project manage decorated and custom orders based on client’s request and tech packs
- Understand and adhere to client brand standards when developing and/or providing concepts
- Prepare quotes and costing exercises for clients
- Prepare labels & trims for client projects
- Follow up on refill orders, talk with contractors and internal production team on when the expected refill dates are

1. Internal facing duties

- Facilitates/attends special working group meetings, senior management team meetings and expedites a range of time sensitive tasks.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Understand the overall Redwood Classics workflows and business

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $37,340.16-$39,416.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
