Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Customer Service/Graphic Design Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily focused on helping customers, answering questions, preparing orders, and making sure every customer has a positive experience. A basic understanding of graphic design and printing is an asset, as you will occasionally assist customers with artwork and print-related questions.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Please Note that this job is in office, and remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, and email
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance on printing products and services
- Prepare customer orders, and follow up with customers as needed
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and help find the right solution
- Review customer artwork and assist with basic file or layout adjustments when required
- Prepare proofs and obtain customer approvals
- Coordinate customer orders with the team
- Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Build positive, ongoing relationships with our local customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, & InDesign CC) Lightroom CC is an asset
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office(Word, PowerPoint & Excel), or Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Goal-oriented, problem-solver, and quick learner
- Previous graphic design or print industry experience is considered an asset
