: We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly front counter receptionist to join our team at Dolphin Dry Cleaners. As a front counter receptionist, you will be responsible for serving customers, bagging and tagging clothes, pressing shirts, and handling wash and fold services for linen and undergarments.

Responsibilities: This is a Manger postion.

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Bag and tag clothing items accurately
- Press shirts to a high standard
- Manage wash and fold services with care and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and store
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Hours: The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Saturday from 9am-5pm.

Sunday Off

More hours can be given if needed.

Requirements

- Must live in the area of SE calgary, please do not apply if you do not.
- Must be friendly,



reliable and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in dry cleaning is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must be able to work well within a team and independently.
