Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
Days Off: Sunday and Monday
Pay: CA$18.65–CA$21.00 per hour

The Role
We are looking for a hardworking, customer-focused, and technically capable Customer Service, Sales & RMA Specialist to join our team.
This is a full-time hybrid role with approximately:
- 70% Customer Service & Sales
- 30% RMA, Product Testing & Refurbishment
You will spend the majority of your time assisting customers, answering product and technical questions, recommending solutions, and helping convert inquiries into sales. The remaining portion of the role will focus on processing returns, diagnosing product issues, testing equipment, and refurbishing eligible products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers but is also comfortable troubleshooting technology and working hands-on with products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales — Approximately 70%
- Assist customers through phone, email, live chat, text message, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to customer service, product, technical support, and sales inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate dash cams, accessories, and related products.
- Help prospective customers compare products and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales where appropriate.
- Recommend complementary products and accessories based on customer needs.
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale product support.
- Troubleshoot common installation, compatibility, connectivity, and product-use questions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and outstanding issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in company systems.
- Work closely with the Sales Supervisor and Manager to support customer experience and sales objectives.
RMA, Testing & Refurbishment — Approximately 30%
- Process customer returns, warranty claims, and RMA requests.
- Inspect returned products and identify potential defects or customer-use issues.
- Test dash cams, accessories, and related electronics to verify functionality.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose returned products.
- Refurbish eligible returned products according to company standards.
- Accurately document testing results and product condition.
- Prepare refurbished products for resale or appropriate disposition.
- Maintain an organized RMA and testing work area.
- Identify recurring product issues and communicate findings to management.
- Assist with other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience communicating professionally with customers through multiple channels.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
It Would Be an Asset If You Have
- Previous retail, inside sales, or e-commerce sales experience.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon.
- Experience using CRM or customer service software.
- Previous technical support or electronics troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with dash cams or automotive electronics.
- General familiarity with vehicle makes and models.
- Experience processing returns, warranties, or RMA claims.
