Duties

- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback into our systems
- Assist customers in understanding product features, services, and policies through clear and friendly communication
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services that meet customer needs
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and French
- Analyze customer data to identify trends,



improve service quality, and recommend solutions for recurring issues

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to grow
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable to serve a broader customer base
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
