Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary Branch

Harlan Fairbanks, a leader in snack food and beverage programs since 1938, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our Calgary Branch. We provide comprehensive snack food and beverage solutions, from equipment and supplies to marketing, and we service everything we sell. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer & Account Development
- Proactively call existing customers to generate orders and maintain regular contact.
- Identify opportunities to increase order frequency, product mix, and account spend.
- Respond to and professionally manage customer inquiries.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom.
- Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed.
- Support and assist the branch manager with various projects.

Qualifications:

- Customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development experience preferred.




- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Comfortable making proactive outbound calls.
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Organized, motivated, and strong on follow-through.

Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
