Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries face to face or via phone, email, or chat in English (additional languages a plus).
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer understanding.
- Assist customers with data entry tasks related to account updates, order processing, and issue tracking.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate excellent personal and phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.




- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in the system.

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a multilingual environment.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, specifically French, are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on active listening and explicit articulation.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and best practices for remote customer engagement.
