This work-from-home position blends customer service and sales in a flexible virtual environment, with training and ongoing support provided.

About the Role As part of our remote team, you’ll work with prospective and existing clients through scheduled phone and video appointments. Your focus will be understanding each client’s needs, explaining available benefit options, answering questions, and helping them navigate the enrollment process. You’ll also provide continued support after enrollment, helping clients with benefit reviews, updates, questions, and other service needs while building strong, lasting relationships.
