Customer Service Supervisor

Seeking a Customer Service Supervisor interested in being part of a fast paced, high pressure work environment. CLS Catering Services offers you the opportunity to be part of the inner workings of an exciting industry in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, Canada, the Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers at the local station level. Other responsibilities include ensuring that all functional areas are fully aware of customers’ specifications and ensuring airline inventory is timely and accurate.

Job Duties:

- Lead the team towards achieving goals related to, Quality and Productivity throughout the facility
- Implement and maintain training activities
- Monitor kitchen ready times, dock departure, flight catering, and off-loading activities to ensure they are performed according to schedule
- Carry out investigation on customers’ concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Track customer comments/complaints and identify performance trends
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding safety, security, and quality regulations
- Act as liaison with customer representatives during meal presentations, kitchen inspections/audits
- Travel to airside to direct the activities of ramp crew during flight when necessary
- Coordinate with the other department to help improve customer service
- Support other departments across facility as a leader as necessary
- Perform and record audits for galley and bond at frequencies assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
- Valid driver’s license, and able to meet security clearance requirements for ramp access.




- Must be able to obtain both the YYC RAIC PASS & AVOP (Airport Vehicle Operation Pass) – once hired
- Ability to lead and effectively supervise workforce including; coaching, directing, motivating and disciplining staff
- Motivated self-starter with good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Lean background, process oriented with good organizational abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
