Dyck's Pharmacists is currently accepting resumes for a Full-Time Customer Service Clerk to join our team at our Glenmore location in Kelowna, BC.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions using POS systems
- Maintain store appearance through merchandising and product displays
- Assist with inventory control, receiving, and stocking products
- Support pharmacy and home health care departments as required
- Contribute to a positive and skilled team environment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-first attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with merchandising, inventory management, receiving,



pharmacy, home health care products, or POS systems is considered an asset
