Role Description This full-time, on-site, operations role is based in our warehouse in Burnaby, BC.

The Customer Site Warehouse

Support will respond to customer inquiries, provide product and order information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include warehouse operations, as well as supporting customers by phone and email, sourcing, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and effective service. The role involves troubleshooting basic technical or order-related problems,



maintaining up-to-date records in company systems, and promoting customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through. The specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly, build relationships, and collaborate with diverse teams in a business environment, both verbally and written.
- Analytical Skills to assess customer issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to function in an on-site, fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Comfortable working with dynamic situations that are often uncharted waters: no two days are the same.
- Curiosity to learn and retain information about all facets of the business.
- Previous customer service, retail, or industrial supply experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, supply chain management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in sourcing and building vendor relationships are also beneficial.
