Customer Success Associate – Part-Time/Casual

Location: Sudbury, ON or London, ON preferred

QuickChart is a Canadian healthcare technology company building AI-powered tools to streamline clinical documentation and workflows. We’re looking for a part-time/casual Customer Success Associate to support our growing clinician and healthcare organization customer base.

The role will include

- Providing responsive customer support and troubleshooting technical issues
- Conducting product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers
- Onboarding individual clinicians, clinics, and organizational accounts
- Assisting customers with QuickChart setup, configuration, and workflow optimization
- Supporting EMR and other software integrations




- Escalating technical issues and working closely with our development and operations teams
- Helping identify customer feedback and opportunities to improve the QuickChart experience

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, comfortable with technology, and able to communicate clearly with healthcare professionals. Experience in healthcare, medical administration, customer success, or health technology is an asset but not required.
- This is a part-time, casual position with flexible schedule , ideally based in Sudbury or London, Ontario .
