Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Campaign Call Centre Representatives to support outreach and communication efforts for political and community campaigns.

In this role, you will connect with members of the public by phone, share campaign information, gather feedback, conduct surveys, and help campaigns stay connected with their communities. This is a paid position suited to individuals who are comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds and can communicate professionally and respectfully.

No political affiliation is required. Representatives may be assigned to different campaigns, candidates, or outreach projects.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to residents using campaign-provided contact lists.
- Provide clear and accurate information about campaigns, candidates, events, or community initiatives.
- Conduct voter identification, surveys, and general public outreach when assigned.
- Record responses and update information accurately in campaign systems or databases.
- Invite residents to campaign events or provide information about opportunities to get involved.
- Answer basic questions and direct more detailed inquiries to the appropriate campaign team.
- Follow approved calling scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation.




- Respect privacy and confidentiality requirements when handling contact information.
- Meet reasonable calling and outreach targets during scheduled shifts.
- Maintain a respectful and professional approach regardless of an individual's political views or response.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with members of the public by telephone.
- Professional, respectful, and dependable.
- Ability to follow scripts, instructions, and campaign procedures.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to accurately document call results and information.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a campaign team.
- Previous call centre, customer service, sales, canvassing, political campaign, or community outreach experience is an asset but not required.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
