CSA Transportation is a North American logistics company specializing in Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight services across Canada and the United States. With fifteen full-service terminals and extensive regional expertise, the company offers reliable coverage from coast to coast and across borders.

Currently we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Customer & Vendor Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing carrier and vendor compliance across Canada and the U.S., ensuring documentation, regulatory, customer, and company requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Manage carrier and vendor compliance across Canada and the U.S., including onboarding, documentation, renewals, and audits.
- Review and maintain insurance certificates, operating authority, safety records, W-9s, contracts, permits, and other compliance documents.
- Monitor document expirations and follow up to ensure timely renewals and ongoing compliance.
- Ensure carriers and vendors meet company, customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Support PIP (Partners in Protection) certification implementation and ongoing compliance.
- Strong understanding of Canadian, U.S., and cross-border transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate compliance records using spreadsheets, internal systems, carrier portals, and compliance tools.
- Identify and escalate compliance gaps, high-risk carriers, and documentation issues to management.
- Work closely with Operations, Dispatch, Dock, Customs, Management, carriers,



vendors, and brokers on compliance matters.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, organization, communication, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualifications & Must have:

- Previous experience in transportation, freight forwarding, carrier/vendor compliance, or a related field.
- Experience with PIP (Partners in Protection) and the ability to assist with certification implementation and ongoing compliance.
- Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations, including cross-border requirements.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS). TruckMate experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent documentation, record-keeping, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify compliance issues and documentation gaps.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with operations, dispatch, customs, dock, management, carriers, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance requirements in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
