Insight Global is looking for a Contractor, Insights & Analytics to support insight generation and analytics activities within an Oncology-focused business environment. This individual will contribute to a centralized insights and analytics function, supporting multiple business units with data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on developing forecast models, executing market research, conducting analyses, and delivering KPI reporting to address key business questions for both marketed and pipeline products.

The ideal candidate brings solid critical thinking skills, experience working with pharmaceutical data, and the ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

- Develop commercial brand forecast models and decision analytics to support planning and strategic initiatives
- Execute market research projects end to end, including scoping, design, data collection, and reporting, while adhering to compliance requirements
- Perform market and competitive analyses using primary research, internal databases, and secondary data sources
- Work with syndicated, customer engagement, and patient-level data, ensuring data quality and analytical accuracy
- Build visualizations, KPI reports,



and presentations that clearly communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables and communicating progress effectively
- Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and data governance in all analytical work

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in pharmaceutical/oncology marketing or market research
- Experience building pharmaceutical forecast models from scratch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate multiple data sources into meaningful insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical consulting
- Familiarity with syndicated pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., IQVIA)
- Experience analyzing patient data from Patient Support Programs (PSPs)
- Experience with advanced analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Qlik, DataIKU)
- MBA or postgraduate education in analytics, business, or a quantitative discipline
