Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to solve business problems.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Utilize SQL and Python to perform complex queries and statistical analysis.
- Build dashboards and reports in Sisense to visualize KPIs and business trends.
- Leverage Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Blob Storage).
- Leverage Databricks for data integration and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, understand goals, and present actionable insights.
- Perform trend and pattern recognition to identify growth opportunities or operational risks.
- Ensure data governance and quality standards are met across projects.

Required Skills and Experience





- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficient in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Blob Storage).
- Familiarity with Databricks for large-scale data processing and modelling.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools for report/dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of data modelling principles (star/snowflake schemas).
- Strong grasp of data cleaning and validation techniques.
- Ability to extract insights from data trends and deliver clear visualizations.
- Strong communication and consulting skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Other

- University or college degree in software development, computer science, engineering, or mathematics
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with emerging technologies

Pay: $55,780.77-$80,572.26 per year
