Role Description This full-time remote Data Scientist role focuses on turning complex data into practical insights that support client decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and cleaning data from multiple sources, performing exploratory and advanced statistical analyses, and building data models to address business challenges.

The Data

Scientist will design and maintain dashboards and visualizations, collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to define analytical requirements, and present findings in clear, accessible formats. The role also involves documenting methodologies, ensuring data quality,



and continuously refining analytical approaches based on feedback and evolving client needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Science and Data Analytics for building models and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Statistics and Data Analysis skills for rigorous evaluation of trends, patterns, and business outcomes.
- Candidates should possess effective Data Visualization skills for creating clear, insightful dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and experience with SQL or similar query tools.
- Experience working with real-world, messy datasets and applying machine learning or advanced analytical techniques in a business context.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, and familiarity with business process optimization, is beneficial.
