Position: Deli Supervisor

At ABC Euro Delicatessen, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and authentic, delicious food. We are seeking a skilled, high-energy Deli Supervisor to help lead our team, maintain our quality standards and create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Shift Management: Lead store opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational excellence and security.
- Team Leadership: Delegate daily tasks clearly, support staff and foster a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
- Customer Service: Serve guests sliced and weighed meats and cheeses, prepare fresh sandwiches and staff the hot food table with care.
- Merchandising & Maintenance: Keep deli display fridges clean, fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
- Quality & Detail: Ensure food safety, accuracy in weights/orders and high standards of hygiene throughout the deli.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience working in a deli environment is required.
- Availability: Flexible availability Monday through Sunday,



between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM (weekly schedule varies; weekend availability is required).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal abilities and a natural aptitude for leadership.
- Attributes: Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
