We are a growing commercial cleaning supply company located in Vernon, BC looking to add a customer service oriented driver and warehouse person to our team for 4 shifts per week. This position may become full-time, and qualify for full benefits, in the future.

The ideal candidate will be a hard working, customer service-driven individual capable of moderate to heavy lifting with the ability to safely operate company vehicles in both urban and highway settings.

This position will require a person with the ability to work independently while on the road as well as in a team atmosphere to ensure safe and efficient operation of our two warehouses. A clean drivers abstract and a minimum of a Class 5 driver's license is also required.

The successful applicant will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to maintain a high level of organizational coordination.

We are looking to fill this position immediately and will be offering a starting wage of $ 20 per hour. Increase(s) will take place after three month probationary period is complete.

Duties Include

- Picking orders from picking lists, pulling materials, packing boxes,



and placing orders in delivery trucks,
- Provide excellent customer service by driving truck or van and delivering to customers throughout the Okanagan-Shuswap,
- Maintain trucks by completing regular inspections and carrying out preventive maintenance requirements,
- Maintain inventory control by following current inventory procedures,
- Maintain a high quality of customer service by following organizational standards,
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Maintain a clean shipping area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
