- Company has grown to be the hub for some of the most distinct and sought after wines in Manitoba. We are also the education centre for wine in Manitoba with 5 Sommeliers serving our customers daily. We are looking to add to our dynamic team of wine enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Represent Jones &
- Company by always providing the highest standard of customer service.
- Support fellow team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
- Maintain a tidy and fully stocked retail floor.
- Perform POS functions quickly and accurately.
- Engage all customers upon their arrival in the store.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on all Jones &
- Company programs, events, classes and special offers.
- Address all customer concerns with professionalism keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.
Partner with store management to address elevated concerns.
Qualifications
- WSET 2 or 3 Wine certification highly recommended.
- Previous service industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work well in a team setting.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and move for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
