Maintains a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.

Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and protected use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment. Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently. Security and Key Control Compliance Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards.

Cold Chain and Quality Compliance Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.





Associate

Training and Support Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards. Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Manages overnight hours effectively and planning accordingly to stay energized and focused. Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift. Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
