As our team grows, we’re seeking a proficient front desk professional who can help create a positive first impression and ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in calling patients and creating appointments by phone.

Qualifications

· Professional Proficiency in English (communication and written)

· Front desk/administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or dental settings

· Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

· Outgoing, confident, professional, and able to engage in natural, warm conversations

· Strong computer skills; experience with practice management software is a plus

· Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

· Greet patients with a genuine, professional demeanour; manage check-in/check-out and appointment reminders

· Answer phones clearly,



respond to inquiries, and route messages accurately

· Take primary responsibility for calling patients to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments by phone ; create and update appointment entries as needed

· Verify and collect insurance information; process payments and co-pays

· Maintain a privacy-conscious, organized, and welcoming reception area in compliance with applicable privacy regulations

· Assist with basic administrative tasks and patient communications as needed
