Hiring: Senior Design Specialist – Network Automation & Full-Stack Development

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Design Specialist , you’ll lead the design and development of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) applications. You’ll work with up-to-date frameworks, automation tools, and modular service design principles to build next-gen network services.

You’ll play a key role in:

- Architecting full-stack automation frameworks
- Developing front-end and backend services for network management
- Implementing microservices and CI/CD pipelines
- Designing APIs and service models using YANG
- Driving innovation in SD-LAN/WAN and CPE lifecycle automation

Must-Have Skills

- Full-stack development expertise with a focus on network automation
- Strong proficiency in Python , Ansible , and YANG modeling




- Ability to write clear, detailed technical documentation and API specifications

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Extensive experience with Cisco NSO and YANG modeling
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Advanced knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)

What You Bring

- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years in network automation and orchestration
- Deep expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Django
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and cloud-native development
- Proven ability to lead large-scale automation projects

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or full-stack development
- Network certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA) are a plus
