You should have:

- Excellent people and communication skills
- An eye for great design:



visual aesthetics, written content, user experience
- Looks at the math with an artistic mindset
- Live in Toronto, Ontario (able to commute in at twice a month)
- Canadian residency / work permit

Tools you should be comfortable with (3 out of 5 is perfectly fine ? ):

- Design tools: Figma, Canva
- Coding IDEs and agents
- Google Analytics or similar
- Ad Campaign tracking and analysis
- SEO / GEO

How we work:

- Remote-first, work from anywhere
- Cameras-on intimate meetings where we try out current games and experiences
- We all meet for good food and a lan party at least once a month (currently: StarCraft 2)
- Quarterly team outings
- End of year profit share bonuses

Salary Range for this role: $65,000 - $75,000 CAD What we’re working towards in 2027:

- 4-day work week
