Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should work from customer location (Montreal) from day-1 with 100% WFO
- Windows 10 & 11 Administration
- MECM Image management & deployment
- Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components, Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT), Software Distribution & Hardware/Software Inventories
- Experience working with Service Now ITSM tool, MS Office
- Experience in Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, Engineering Services
- Experience in Vulnerability management
- Experience with managing iOS, Windows & Android devices in a Global environment
- Passionate, Self-motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail, action-and-results oriented.




- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as strong logical, analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
