Vehicle Detailing & Merchandizing Support

Schwab Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to detail & merchandise our vehicle inventory while supporting day-to-day dealership operations.

Vehicle merchandising and detailing are both required parts of the role. Priorities will shift based on inventory and operational needs, and the successful candidate must be prepared to work in either area as directed.

Vehicle Merchandising

- Position vehicles properly and maintain a consistent presentation
- Photograph recent and used vehicles using an iPhone-based merchandising app
- Use a DSLR camera as a backup when required
- Record short vehicle walkaround videos after completing the photos
- Safely remove any tires or wheels stored inside vehicles and return them after completing the photos

Vehicle Detailing

- Complete assigned detailing work during scheduled periods, particularly later in the day and on Saturdays
- Clean and prepare vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Complete washing, vacuuming, window cleaning, interior wipe-downs and other assigned detailing tasks
- Keep detailing equipment and work areas clean and organized

Dealership Support





- Move and park vehicles around the dealership
- Fuel vehicles and assist with dealer transfers
- Complete other dealership-support duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, organized and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable using an iPhone, mobile apps and basic technology
- Comfortable using or willing to learn a DSLR camera
- Able to safely lift and move automotive tires and wheels in/out of vehicles
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Comfortable driving trucks, suv’s & cars
- Photography, video or automotive experience is an asset but not required

Training, equipment and a straightforward photography process will be provided. We care most about reliability, effort, attention to detail and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Schedule

- Monday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.– 3:00 p.m.
- Friday off
