Position: DevOps Engineer

Employment Type: Long term

Location: Toronto, ON

Hybrid : 4 days office , 1 day work from home

Client : Banking

Key Responsibilities

4+ years of overall years of experience.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Manage source control repositories and branching strategies using Git-based platforms.

Automate deployments using modern DevOps tools and frameworks.

Lead release planning, deployment execution, rollback planning, and post-deployment validation.

Raise and manage change requests.

Participate in CAB meetings and release governance activities.

Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, and Business teams during release cycles.

Manage Salesforce environments, sandbox strategies, and refresh activities.

Troubleshoot deployment failures and resolve setting-related issues.

Drive DevOps best practices, automation, compliance, and release efficiency.

Mentor development teams on source control and deployment processes.
