On behalf of our client in the real estate company located in Asaba, Delta State Nigeria, we are hiring for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, including graphic design, content creation, social media management, digital advertising, lead generation, and online sales conversion. The role serves as the public face of the company online, engaging prospects, promoting properties, building brand visibility, and converting leads into sales.

Location: Asaba, Delta State (Candidates currently in Lagos may also apply)

Type: Full-Time (Onsite).



It can be remote based if you’re exceptionally valuable and reside outside Asaba.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, graphics design, content creation, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or related tools)
- Experience running Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram ads is compulsory
- Excellent communication, creativity, and campaign management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on-site in Asaba, manage multiple projects simulteanously, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
