This role owns digital lead generation. Fully.

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to step in and take full ownership of Centra Install Pros digital advertising and lead generation performance. If you are someone who knows how to generate leads, optimize performance, and make decisions based on data—not guesswork—this is where you prove it.

What You’ll Own

You will be accountable for driving qualified leads, improving conversion performance, and maximizing return on advertising spend across all digital channels.

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta and Google
- Manage and deploy six-figure monthly advertising budgets with a focus on profitability
- Drive consistent lead volume while maintaining cost efficiency and performance targets
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign performance

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Improve conversion rates across landing pages and key funnel touchpoints
- Plan and execute A/B tests with explicit hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams to improve user experience and lead quality

SEO & Organic Growth

- Drive search visibility through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Improve rankings, traffic, and organic lead generation
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance visibility and content performance

Marketing Performance & Optimization

- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions daily
- Identify opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, and funnel performance
- Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals

What We’re Looking For





This role is about execution and results. We are not looking for someone to “manage” campaigns we are looking for someone who knows how to make them perform.

- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) at scale (must-have)
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search required, YouTube and other formats an asset) (must-have)
- Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets with a focus on ROI and profitability
- Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies (must-have)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance search visibility and content performance (strong asset)
- Background in home services, multi-location, or regionally targeted businesses is highly preferred
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page performance is a major asset
