You will be responsible for maintaining active communication with various departments and the programming team. Your role will involve planning and coordinating the progress of major digital projects, ensuring pre-launch quality control, and supporting the Client Services team in defining client requirements and managing priorities. You will also be responsible for supervising and coaching Digital Project Managers in their work

Requirements

- Extensive experience in digital marketing project management and quality control (a minimum of 5 years of agency experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, project management or another relevant field
- Basic knowledge of HTML, web related technologies and lingo (an asset)
- Proficiency in spoken and written French

Main responsibilities

Project management

- Contribute to project planning with stakeholders who may have limited knowledge of digital projects, serving as a subject matter expert throughout the process.



Coordinate all project phases, from concept to launch, while overseeing content development, UX, creative, programming, and quality assurance activities.
- Analyze requirements, conduct assessments, prepare service proposals, and plan budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Establish the overall project plan and develop detailed project schedules based on client needs.
- Communicate with clients and manage ongoing follow-ups, including change requests, approvals, validations, and quality control.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables under your responsibility, keep content up to date, and create or obtain content from partners as needed.
- Supervise and coach Digital Project Managers to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead project closeout activities and post-project evaluations.
- Participate in the strategic planning of projects.
- Develop a strategic vision for digital projects aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze digital market trends and adapt recommendations accordingly.
- In collaboration with the Director, Digital Development:
- Create and monitor production schedules and assign tasks to creative and production teams.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and manage workload using project management software.
- Assess and manage risks, impacts, assumptions, and constraints associated with proposed solutions.

Quality control

- In collaboration with the Director,



Digital Development, ensure the quality and compliance of departmental deliverables by overseeing the quality assurance activities of Digital Project Managers and performing quality assurance for assigned projects.
- Develop the structure and content of various test scenarios.
- Write test cases and test scripts.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of digital projects, including design, functionality, and content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external development teams, and define processes and requirements related to technical and functional user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.
- Identify potential issues during digital project planning that could impact accessibility, end-user experience, project execution, or other aspects of the development process.
- Lead the validation testing process from the first developed version (alpha/beta), including coordination with proofreading, content, strategy, and creative teams.
- Maintain brand standards across technical implementation, accessibility, usability, and content, while ensuring consistency within individual projects and across all projects for a given brand.
- Troubleshoot and investigate errors and potential issues identified during the digital quality assurance process.
- Clearly communicate issues, feedback, and required corrections to stakeholders who may have little or no experience with digital projects.

- Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
- Responsive design
- Social media display features, best practices, and guidelines
- Wireframing and information architecture
- AODA, ADA, and WCAG accessibility standards (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
