We’re partnering with a successful and growing digital talent management agency looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join their team in Canada.

This agency represents an established roster of digital creators across lifestyle, fashion, family, tech and entertainment, working closely with talent to develop their careers, secure commercial partnerships and build long-term opportunities beyond individual brand deals.

Following continued growth, they’re looking for another Talent Manager who can take ownership of creator relationships while driving the commercial performance of their roster.

The role is fully remote anywhere in Canada - please only apply if you are based here.

The Role

You’ll manage your own roster of digital creators and act as the main point of contact across their day-to-day management and commercial activity.

Responsibilities will include

- Managing and developing a roster of digital creators
- Building strong, long-term relationships with talent
- Proactively pitching creators to brands and agencies
- Negotiating brand partnerships, fees and commercial terms
- Managing inbound partnership opportunities
- Developing creator strategy and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Supporting creators with their wider career development
- Maintaining relationships with brands,



agencies and industry partners
- Managing campaigns from initial opportunity through to completion
- Working closely with the wider agency team to grow both individual creators and the overall roster

What We’re Looking For You’ll need existing experience within digital talent management, with a track record of strong billings and talent management.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous experience managing digital creators
- A track record of securing and negotiating paid brand partnerships
- Strong knowledge of platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Existing relationships across brands and/or influencer marketing agencies
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence negotiating deals
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously within a remote environment
- A genuine understanding of creator careers beyond individual campaigns

An existing roster or relationships with creators would be advantageous, but isn’t essential. Why Join?
