Reporting to the Digital & Web Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for managing and optimizing Lassonde’s owned digital ecosystem, including branded websites, digital shelf content, SEO, and CRM activities.
The incumbent supports digital performance, consumer engagement, and brand visibility through effective content management, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key activities
Website Management & Optimization:
- Manage branded websites, including content updates, maintenance, and optimization.
- Support website enhancements and digital tools that improve consumer experience.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.
SEO & Digital Shelf Management:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and website performance.
- Manage digital shelf content, syndication, and retailer content quality for assigned brands.
- Coordinate content development and optimization with agencies and internal teams.
CRM & Performance Analysis:
- Support CRM campaigns, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze websites, SEO, CRM, and digital shelf performance and provide recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve consumer engagement and digital effectiveness.
Planning & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, shopper marketing, sales, and agency partners to support digital initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and platform partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage emerging technologies, and enhance digital experiences.
Required training and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, content management, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
- Experience supporting SEO strategy and website optimization initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing programs.
- Experience within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food, or beverage industries (an asset).
- Experience working with digital shelf or retailer content platforms (an asset).
Skills sought
- Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken – essential for communication with English-speaking colleagues, clients, and suppliers across provinces and internationally.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and provide simple, clear, and actionable recommendations.
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent), Mailchimp or equivalent CRM platform.
