Duties

Experience





- Proven experience in financial services, preferably within the dealership or automotive sector
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Solid understanding of sales processes, math proficiency, and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Previous leadership role in finance or insurance departments is highly desirable
