- Oversee strategic leadership across programs
- Collaborate on policy development and planning
- Cultivate accountability and a learning culture
- Drive development of community-based service models
- Ensure compliance with funding and performance standards
Requirements:
- Minimum seven years in leadership roles in Indigenous services
- Social Work degree highly desirable
- Robust planning and decision-making skills
- Understanding of CYFEA, Bill C-92 regulations
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities
