Your role involves steering over 25 education programs, engaging with over 90 faculty members annually, and nurturing partnerships in a complex geopolitical landscape. This permanent full time position requires exceptional leadership in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan
- Ensure compliance with institutional and grant reporting




- Lead special projects addressing emerging needs
- Manage business development for TAAAC
- Oversee programming and exchanges between Toronto and Ethiopia Requirements:
- Master’s degree in relevant field, Doctorate preferred
- 10+ years in international education program leadership
- Experience with Ethiopian academic and health systems
- Track record in managing multimillion-dollar budgets
