? Location: Toronto, Ontario — In-Office

Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced Director of Sales – Canada to lead and grow our Canadian business across apparel, licensed apparel, fashion, and consumer products.

✨ What You’ll Do:

? Lead Canadian sales strategy & profitable growth

? Build and expand relationships with key Canadian retailers

? Drive apparel & licensed product programs across major accounts

? Identify new customers, categories, licenses & business opportunities

? Own forecasting, budgeting, margin & sales performance

? Lead and develop a high-performing Canadian sales team

? Partner with Design, Product Development, Licensing, Marketing & Operations

✅ We’re Looking For:

- 8+ years of progressive sales experience
- Solid apparel, fashion or consumer products background
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape




- Proven success growing retail accounts & revenue
- Licensed apparel or licensed consumer products experience highly desirable
- Strong retailer relationships, negotiation & leadership skills
