About the Position:

We are looking for a caring, dependable and compassionate Disability Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. This can be a very rewarding job. We provide on-the-job training and support for the right person.

What does a DSP do?

At it's heart, the job is about being there for someone and helping them have a good day.

Depending on the day you might:

- Spend time together and provide companionship
- Help with everyday routines
- Prepare meals or help with household tasks
- Go out into the community
- Encourage independence and participation in activities
- Have conversations, laugh and build positive relationships

Experience in disability support, healthcare, caregiving or a related field is an asset, but it is not required. We will provide training for the right candidate. If you are compassionate,
