Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are stored safely and correctly.
- Maintain sanitation protocols by cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas regularly.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices.
- Help with meal prep activities during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders.




- Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen to uphold health and safety standards.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is most important.
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, food handling, and safety regulations is a plus.
