- Door Field Technician to join our Service team in Ottawa Ontario Reporting to the Service Manager the Field Technician will be assigned to a variety of machinery repair tasks required by our loyal customers Essential Duties &

Responsibilities As a Field Technician your key responsibilities will include Diagnose repair and maintain warehouse dock systems dock levelers seals shelters bumpers and related componentsService and repair various types of overheadrolling steel doors high speed doors and associated hardwareComplete preventive maintenance and safety inspectionsRespond to service calls in a timely professional mannerDocument work performed and communicate findings to customers and internal teamsEnsure all work meets company standards and adheres to safety regulationsAssist with installations of new dock and door equipment as requiredRequired Skills &

- Qualifitcations Previous experience as a Dock &
